U by Moen is a next-gen smart shower system featuring multi-head configurations, customizable temperature settings, timers, voice control, and app integration. To help potential buyers understand the product’s full value, NEXT/NOW developed an interactive retail kiosk that simulates the shower experience—no water required.
I collaborated closely with developers, engineers, and our hardware partners at ConnectSense to design an intuitive, touch-driven journey that lets users explore features, customize settings, and see real-time water simulations. I led the art direction, interface design, and motion work—including the animated water behaviors that made the experience feel tactile and immersive.
This interactive experience was a standout at CES 2017 and is now featured in over 300 showrooms worldwide.
