From 2018–2020 I worked as a Senior UI Motion Designer on the product team for T-Mobile Tuesdays at The Marketing Store in Chicago. My role consisted of designing, prototyping and animating various user-centered enhancements, interactions and improvements to the T-Mobile Tuesdays app, both for Android and iOS.
One of my larger initiatives involved spearheading the use of Lottie as a vector animation tool for the app. This allowed our team to effectively remove many bulky gif-based animations and instead introduced more efficient vector-based animations which greatly improved efficiency and loading times of the app. These animations were handed directly to developers as json files which eliminated guesswork and also improved our team's pipeline in working with the development team at T-Mobile.
Below is a range of various projects that I had an opportunity to work on during my time at TMS. These projects included design and animation of various parts of the app including loading screens, redemption screens, page and user-activated transitions, icons, menus, countdowns and other elements.

Our team was tasked with improving the redemption flow of a timed offer. The goal was to improve upon a more visually interesting countdown timer as well as improve the overall user flow before and after a countdown was initiated.
My role in this project was working with the user experience team in designing and prototyping a user flow that would be understandable to a user who is initiating a countdown as well as designing the countdown timer.
